Chris Henry brain trauma Evidence found at the Brain Injury Research Institute has concluded that former Cincinnati Bengal’s wide receiver Chris Henry suffered from chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a form of degenerative brain damage caused by multiple hits to the head. Building fusion reactors is legal, as a fusion reaction doesn’t require dangerous nuclear materials like uranium or plutonium.
