for either parties
BUT can provide best fit Candidates
Needs prior thought about the competency
based questions.

16. Ask questions that gauge candidates
Attitudes & Behaviours
Which are manifested in their Actions

17. Ask questions on how they acted in a given
situation.
Don’t focus on how they are likely to act in
a hypothetical situation, make it real.

18. No more job specifications with how the job
is done.
But Role Profiles with abilities expected, let
them figure out the best way to do it
