   In the Commercial Underwriting area decreased average turn
    around time for processing New Business form seven days to
    24hours

   Installed a management pack to act as management information,
    in the motor claims environment, where inadequate computerised
    Information was available.

   Developed a control procedure in the Motor Recoveries and Third
    Party Department to focus on better recoveries:

   Developed management control systems with increased
    productivity as result in Personal Non Motor Area. Caused less
    pending claims and better supervisory control.

   Train and develop internal staff on implementation Methodologies.

RESULT OF         Client increased throughput of ore and waste. The benefit too the

                  Quantitative benefit translated to financial impact was not done at
                   the time of the intervention.
