We are looking for the right individual to expand the scope of our consultation and training services to touch more lives worldwide and incorporate advanced crisis, zero suicide, co-occurring addiction, co-morbid medical and wellness and leadership. These expanded areas will build around our core of recovery culture, peer education training (peer supports certification), and wellness city and recovery response center services. This individual will drive the growth of our training and consulting arm which has been recognized for its effectiveness and outcomes.

1. Executive Director of RI Consulting Services

training (peer supports certification),and wellness cityand recoveryresponse center services. This individual will drive
the growthof our training and consulting arm which has been recognizedfor its effectiveness andoutcomes.
Our Peer training has an international reputationfor preparing peers to share high value services withother,including a
nationwide contract withthe Veteran’s Administration.Additionally,we have extensive training and expertise onPeer
Practices,AdvancedPractices andcourses for Leaders of a RecoveryEnvironment to name a few. Our consulting
services will support organizations as theycreate and implement crisis,heathand recoveryprograms.This positionis also
responsible to make sure we can provide and implement immediate strategic clinical foundations and consulting for
new programs
This positionwill focus on the development,implementationand continuous growthof our consulting and training
programs worldwide. Developing and motivating employees,advocating for visibility,integrating and coordinating
high level relationships,andassuring the effective use of resources will be key. This positionutilizes viable leadership,
organizational and skills while maintaining positive brandidentitythat will grow our business.
Qualifications:
 An advancedclinical or medical degree required(MSW,MSN,MD, DO, PH.D., etc.). An additional degree in
public health,business administrationor medical management or relatedfielda plus.
 Licensure preferred.
 Outstanding presentationand persuasive skills.
 At least five years senior-level management experience withnonprofit organizations of comparable size.
 Provenabilityto grow an organization.
 A working knowledge of behavioral healthmanagement practices and clinical operations.
 Experience executing strategic plans that leadto results and improve performance.
 Abilityto travela minimum of 40-50% of the time.
 Experience and expertise inrecovery, addiction,zero suicide and co-occurring service deliverypreferred.
