- 4. Upgrade information If there was an upgrade, you are notified
- 5. HelpDesk reporting If something strange is encountered and Error reporting is enabled, you log-file is sent to me by Outlook
- 6. HelpDesk reporting You then receive an email when the issue is changed or solved
- 7. Privacy The log files are sent to me by your Outlook It means I receive your real email address I value privacy very much However, if you do not like it or do not want to report errors, you can disable this
- 8. How to turn Error Reporting Off – step 1 Click “Settings…”
- 9. How to turn Error Reporting Off – step 2 Click on “Reporting” tab
- 10. How to turn Error Reporting Off – step 3 If your setting are like this, you ARE sending error files
