5. CAMPSITE AND REGISTRATION:
• Pre-registered teams will sign up for themes and
campsites in order of fundraising.
• Teams registered after the 2012 Relay For Life will
pick themes in campsites in order of PAID
registration! Get signed up early to have your first
choice!
• Because we are going outside, we are offering a
CAMPSITE INCENTIVE- Gold Teams ($5,000 or
more) get a complementary campsite set up:
Table, Chairs, and a Tailgating Tent. The top 3 Gold
Teams get to keep the tent.

10. SWAB2SAVE BONE MARROW REGISTRATION DRIVE
• Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 13th and Nov. 14th
• Help us get Gators to swab their cheeks to be registered in the worldwide
bone marrow database.
• Have registered over 2600 Gators (and some Seminoles) in the Worldwide
Database. We have had 19 matches (and counting!), that is 19 lives saved!
• Sign up for 1 two hour shift on Tuesday November 13th or Wednesday
November 14th When you sign-up, please indicate the name of your
organization (to receive credit) and t-shirt size (for your FREE T-SHIRT!!)
• training session right after Kickoff tonight... you need to attend in order to
help out! IT WON'T TAKE LONG! STAY STAY STAY!!

BE AVAILABLE AT RELAY. GANGAM STYLE DANCING, HOWEVER, IS
STILL COMPLETELY ON THE TABLE.

-2 pts for each member that attends the captain/
committee meeting
-5 pts for wearing Relay for Life clothing or
accessories or purple at the meetings
/fundraisers/events
-15 pts per member that attends the kickoff
meeting November 1st
-25 pts for turning in $ at the meeting

24. FUNDRAISERS $$$
-10pts per member that attends a fundraising
event
-50 pts for creating a fundraiser

25. RECRUITMENT
-Bringing a new member to a team meeting that
is not part of the team 15 pts
-Recruiting a new team 150 pts
-Recruiting a sponsor 200 pts

26. REGISTRATION
-Pre-Registered teams: 100 pts
-Registering before November 1st:75 pts
-Registering the month of November: 55 pts
-If you register after November: 25 pts
-If you register the month of Relay: 15 pts
