Would everyone know
what we are going for.
And why?
Would no one need to
be told what to do
anymore?
Would there be energy
in abundance?
What kind of
leadership would be
needed?
The world would
thrive.
So would you?
But not everyone is.
Not all the time.
(how is it possible to be
disengaged?)
If only we would have
picked the right goals?
If only we would have
picked the right words?
Maybe then everyone
would be engaged, all the
time?
Can you influence
someone’s
engagement level?
Some people say you can’t.
Some people say you shouln’t
even try.
Are we clear on the why, the what
and the how?
Many of us aren’t.
So many questions, unanswered.
There is so much to learn.
But many people know at least
something about it.
Many are building engaged
organizations.
Many are researching it.
And they are willing to share.
That’s why a group on
Employee Engagement
started back in january
2009.
It’s still going.
It’s still growing.
