level? Some people say you can’t. Some people say you shouln’t even try.

Are we clear
on the why, the what and the how? Many of us aren’t. So many questions, unanswered. There is so much to learn.

But many people
know at least something about it. Many are building engaged organizations. Many are researching it. And they are willing to share.
