2. Costume
Dark coloured clothing (slightly)
Leather jacket, leggings, wedges, perhaps dark blouse
Costume would be smart casual (going to a house party or meet a friend)
There will be 2 costumes changes (one used for each verse)
There could be a scene where the main character takes off a piece of
clothing
Within the same genre, music videos usually use very simple/casual clothing
Younger audience would expect the main character to wear high street
fashion
House music videos don't tend to be very expensive in regards to costume
and fashion

3. Costume example

thinking of using for our music video

4. Props
We haven’t decided to use any props so far because we
don’t think is necessary as our music video is mainly
focused on the performance of the artist rather than any
narrative taking place.
By using props we would be giving the main character in
the video an purpose, or a meaning behind the use of the
prop – we don’t intend to do this

5. Setting/Location
Nightime
London City View
Casual/not very cliche
No Narrative
The song we have chosen doesn't feature an
original video, therefore we will not have anything to
compare ours to.
-We chose these locations as all
are very well known landmarks
Stratford (optional)
therefore the audience will be able
Spitalfields (second/last verse)
to relate to the locations and
South Bank (first verse)
nightlife. Also, they are very
Millennium bridge (second verse)
attractive and would make our
Balcony for London skyline time lapse (first video look appealing. Furthermore,
part of the video)
these places have really good
lighting and this would help us as
we are planning to film at night.
