Dear Ms. Green,
We would be delighted to help you arrange a memrable trip to reward your sales
group. I am sure our special offer will suit the interests and needs of both the travelers
and your company. Since April and November are the best scuba diving months, I
suggest that we plan your trip for November. The special offer is available during
August since that in the “high season”, when hotels are the most expensive.
There are many wonderful activities and excursions in Tahiti on our list. There should
be no problem in keeping all your guests happily busy while avoiding problems for
your gentleman with the cane.
Scuba training will be no problem as there are numerous schools for tourists. In fact,
this is one of the activities on our list for this trip.
Our special offer is limited to groups of up to 6 for $1500 each. Additional travelers
will have to pay the regular group price of $2000 each. This price includes airfare
(from California in your case), deluxe accommodations at a 4 * or 5* hotel, and all
meals. So for a group of eight, you will still have a savings of $3000 over the regular
price.
The hospital and medical staff in Tahiti are as good as anywhere in the world. They
have plenty of experience with guests who have medical conditions such as diabetes
since so many senior citizens now travel. Your guest should have no more difficulty
that if she were at home.
I am enclosing our brochure on Tahiti and our trip planning guide, which lists the
excursions and activities that are included in our anniversary special.
Sincerely,
Luiz Perez
