• IT Industry continues to grow as a whole
• Broad factors such as the government shutdown might have
had an adverse effect within the IT field…but, individuals
continue to be bullish
• Lack of resources and experts might hinder the growth
…but the IT Software and Services industry continues to
demonstrate resilience, and will continue to do so
