- berapa dari bapak ibu yang mengerti mengenai teknologi atau terminology dari istilah yang ada di depan Apa perbedaan teknologi 10 atau 20 tahun yang lalu, ada yang tahu? Bagi saya, teknologi dulu adalah disparate technology, informasinya tidak keluar, Silo. Pada jaman sekarang teknologi di sematkan di setiap business process yang ada.. Contoh teknologi mobile Berapa dari kalian yang booking tiket pesawat dengan mobile, berapa dari kalian membeli sesuatu dengan mobile, berapa dari kalian 10 tahun yang lalu menggunakan mobile untuk membeli sesuatu. Kita melihat perubahan terjadi karena teknologi digunakan dalam segi perspektif bisnis proses, bayangkan seuatu organisasi menjual sebuah produk, misalnya bergerak dalam bidang retail company seperti Amazon menjual barang online, atau Grab untuk booking taxi, bagi mereka , kita adalah customer dengan teknologi mobile yang penting untuk mereka berdasarkan sudut pandang bisnis proses yang mereka lakukan bersama customer, dan kebanyakan prosesnya di eksekusi melalui mobile phone. Kita bisa lihat sekarang computing dan teknologi yang ada Converging atau menyatu kedalam business process, itu adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk customer dalam menggunakn teknologi ini seperti mereka menjalankan sebuah business proses SAP sudah lama berada dalam ERP business 40+ years, SAP menyadari pentingnya untuk mengadopsi teknologi ini ke dalam solusi SAP. Dulu SAP mostly system transaksi, dimana kita masuk ke dalam SAP untuk proses input data dan menangkap informasi
- There 3 changes that SAP doing, may be all the erp vendor take care Ada 3 perubahan yang dilakukan SAP, mungkin semua ERP juga mengarah kesana Aplikasi harus real time, jadi sudah tidak ada lack atau jeda waktu ketika proses sedang berlangsung, bayangkan ketika kita booking taxi dengan menggunakan online aplikasi, ketika kita lihat ada mobil tersedia tetapi ketika kita book, ada message bahwa mobil tidak tersedia. Jadi ketika terjadi sesuatu seorang pemimpin bisnis harus aware dengan apa yang sedang terjadi. Software bisnis harus memiliki info yang real time dan kita harus mengetahui perilaku dari customer, apa selera dan kecenderungan customer dengan menggunakan social media. Kita juga melihat peningkatan dari kebutuhan customer untuk immediate response. Bisnis proses bukan lagi didalami oleh manusia saja, dulu sebelumnya pada masa ERP bermunculan, kita punya bisnis user ynag duduk di kantor dan melakukan proses input transaksiâŠsekarang bukan hanya manusia yang melakukannya.. Data sekarang datang dari mesin, dari equipment, mobil, motor, pesawat, peralatan medis, mobile phone.. Jadi equipment sekarang memberikan informasi, sehingga mereka berpartisipasi dalam business process tidak hanya manusia saja yang terlibat dalam process Informasi kapan saja, dimana saja saya mau melihat informasi dan kapan saja saya mau.
- Apa yang SAP lakukan SAP menciptakan design technology dan SAP Mendefiniskan seperti pada diagram yang kita lihat, dan SAP menganggap customer sebagai intelligent Enterprise Bisa untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, mengoptimalkan resources, untuk menyediakan focus terhadap suatu business, atau untuk menyediakan bisnis model baru Untuk mewujudkan Hal diatas SAP melakukan 3 Hal Intelligent suite Digital platform Intelligent technology So ECC as use to know Jadi seperti yang kita ketahui ECC
- SAP menyediakan intelligent suite dari aplikasi bisnis, kenapa intelligent, karena SAP tidak lagi murni hanya system transaksi, yang hanya memasukan data dan kita yang melakukan proses tersebut. Mereka intelligent karena memiliki kemampuan yang disematkan ke dalam system dan SAP tidak hanya melakukan perkembangan tambahan, atau hanya perubahan di level coding, version upgrade, tweaking dan atau hanya melakukan beberapa proses interface tentu saja tidak, beberapa tahun terakhir SAP sepenuhnya membangun blueprint system, s4hana sekarang bukan lah Marginal improvement dari ECC, tetapi dibangun dari dasar, artinya dibangun dari scratch, benar2 baru. Hal ini dapat terlaksana karena SAP sejak melakukan proses develop membangun platform sendiri dari pertama membangun system ini
- How did we make a change in our businesses application ECC use to run on any database which means it could run on any RDBMS application , like DB2, Oracle, etc⊠ECC basanya berjalan di database manapun, seperti DB2, Oracle, dan lain2 Kemudian apa yang SAP lakukan, mereka membawa HANA. Jadi artinya ECC bisa berjalan di HANA, dimana memilki kemampuan in memory technology dan data base yang SAP rancang adalah data base Column, ini benar2 sepenuhnya dibangun oleh SAP. Tetapi kita menyadari kemampuan dari database HANA, tidak banyak di eksploitasi oleh aplikasi lama, tidak diperuntukan sebagaimana mereka dirancang. Data base HANA dirancang bukan untuk ECC, karena data loads in memory dan dapat memproses transaksi dengan sangat cepat tetapi aplikasinya masih menggunakan aplikasi lama. S4HANA dan ECC coded differently, jadi SAP menyadari bahwa ini bukan jalan yang benar, jadi apa yang SAP lakukan, mereka membawa S4hana dimana bisa semenuhnya berjalan di HANA dan hanya data base HANA, dan S4HANA di rancang untuk go to digital world
- Intelligent technologies yang kita gunakan sekarang di embedded di berbagai aplikasi SAP, jadi SAP Leonardo merupakan jembatan terhadap SAP core with data from the outside. Jadi teknologi yang dapat digunakan adalah Machine learning, IoT, Ai, Big data untuk process terkait. Sebagai contoh predictive maintenance , kita bisa memasang sebuah Ai diatasnya jadi ketika data diambil dan diproses dapat memberikan hasil yang dapat membantu kita untuk mengambil keputusan.
- Karena tadi SAP S/4HANA juga dalam proses ber evolusi, disini adalah list dari inovasi yang sedang mereka kembangkan
- Sistem of record kalian tau seperti apa System of engagement berusaha berinterkasi dengan semua dari operator, supervisor, management maupun customer, Sehingga memberikan experience yang lebih baik
