This document provides instructions for a post-test involving the staging of 15 cases of diabetic retinopathy based on fundus photos. For each case, there will be 3-4 photos and the participant must label the case as A for normal, B for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, C for proliferative diabetic retinopathy, or D for other retinal disease not related to diabetes.

INSTRUCTIONS
There will be 15 cases. Each case will have 3-4 photos.
Label each case accordingly based on the following:
A – normal
B – non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy
C - proliferative diabetic retinopathy
D – other retinal disease (not diabetic retinopathy)
