HR Project Manager (initial high travel to New England)
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve HR operations and aligning HR with
business goals. Also responsible for managing projects to achieve measurable goals.
• Lead HR representative in global mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures,
• Experience with PeopleSoft system integration; develop metrics (SLAs) for HR Service Center
response time and processing,
• Experience with process maps and current-state assessments/future-state requirements
Sales Partner
• Twelve or more years building and managing a sales organization in a fasted paced, growth
oriented environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong, senior level relationships within
one or more industries and can drive the sales process across an organization.
Senior Business Analysts with Clearing experience (several needed)
• Senior BA with 7+ years securities clearing experience. Must have come from self-clearing
firms.
Senior Project Manager with Capital Markets exp
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects for sell-side, capital markets
organizations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work within a defined project and program management framework and
methodology.
• Knowledge of cash and electronic trading including, direct market access, smart order routing
and low latency/high frequency trading
Senior Project Managers and Business Analysts/Corporate Cash Management
• 7-10+ years International Corporate Cash Management Banking Products (commercial
banking, not retail).
• Positions with experience needed are Product Managers for international payments and
receivables (often called collections). Would have worked for large Banks such as Citi, BoA,
HBSC, JPMorgan Chase, Duetsch Bank, BONY.
Project Manager with strong Use Case and Insurance experience
7+ years exp with Project Management and Business Analysis background, Insurance- P&C
background a plus, NYC

• Candidate should have experience managing and implementing full life cycle Consumer and
Retail Banking solutions with knowledge of back office operations and compliance
requirements.
Senior Business Analyst /Financial Services and/or Consumer Finance (Boston)
• Sr. BA 3-10+ years experience with Financial services and consumer finance experience.
• Consumer finance experience may include mortgage, credit card, auto loans, home equity,
personal consumer loan, overdraft etc.
Senior Project Manager /PMO and Financial Services
• Senior PM/PMO resource (10 yrs plus)
• Certified Prince2/PMP
• Understands concepts of a PMO including associated processes and management procedures
• Must have created and managed an integrated plan before (i.e. aggregation of multiple
individual project plans into an overall PMO environment)
• Exceptional MS Project skills
• Able to manage a project and coordinate globally
• SharePoint skills (beneficial)
• ERP implementation project experience (beneficial)
• Financial Services experience
Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services and Consumer finance
• Sr. BA (3-10 years+)- BA with Financial services and consumer finance experience.

Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Document Management
• Senior Project Manager/Senior BA with experience with Roadmap strategy for document
management for legal documents across the enterprise
Technical Architect with Banking platform exp
Architect is responsible for technical and integration projects will identify banking platform solutions
that can cope with known business, technical and operational requirements; should easily adopt to
changing business requirements and have demonstrated experience in providing a forward-looking
architecture and technology
All roles require high travel and directly relevant experience.
