international arbitration.
A general council was fighting
for the case of his career. A
$600m international lawsuit
against an African government.
This was the culmination of 2
years of legal proceedings with
the trial as the final part of the
proceedings. My client
requested coaching in order to
be at his best best for the
proceedings.
This was an intensive daily
coaching regime which
consisted of morning calls, trial
analysis and confidence
building exercises.
The result was increased
confidence and a well delivered
argument.
Engagement to break the
glass ceiling
A senior associate at a
prestigious law firm was feeling
stuck in role. She needed help
to decide whether to pursue
partner, start a business or look
at other roles in different firms.
One of her key priorities was
finding a role that worked with
her role as a mother and wife
without feeling that she was
sacrificing her career ambitions
or time with the family.
Through our sessions we
explored options and removed
some negative beliefs that were
keeping her trapped in
indecision and preventing her

How we do it
Each coaching engagement is bespoke and tailor made to develop what you need to succeed however
there are some common elements
COACHING SESSONS
Each coaching engagement is bespoke, tailor made to your requirements. Most engagements will
involve a meeting of 1-2 hours either face to face or on the phone. The frequency of meetings will
typically be one a week or every two weeks. There may be assignments set each week to develop
you.
LENGTH OF ENGAGMENT
Typical coaching engagements are 6 months. Generally it takes 3-6 months to see a return on
investment.
PRICING
Coaching is bespoke The typical program varies between £1,500 and £8,000 depending on the length
of engagement and the type of program you are looking for.
