Assured Recruitment are one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in the
UK, recruiting to culture fit for some of the most dynamic, privately owned, private
equity, venture capital backed, entrepreneurial led, private sector businesses.
The concept of Assured was created in February 2001 when our senior
management team established an internal recruitment department for one of the
fastest growing, privately owned groups in the UK. The function was responsible
for top to bottom growth from 2,000 to over 12,000 staff, and the service was
soon extended to the external market.
When the group sold, which at the time accounted for the largest private equity
sale outside of London, the function became a fully independent recruitment
business; Assured Recruitment, who have the key differential of
having an ‘external capability with an internal mentality’.
