of American Councils' recently revised Mission, Vision,
and Core Values Statements for your familiarization
and use.
• The Strategic Plan is revised every five years to
accommodate our evolution as an organization, as well
as the changing field and world environment around us.
• In commending these materials to you, I also want to

of American Councils staff members, trustees of the

contributed their ideas and suggestions to the process of
revising and updating the mission statement for the
