In my current role as the North American Mobile Technical Sales Leader for IBM, I lead a team of sales engineers that provide technical leadership in support of IBM mobile solution sales. I define and manage team enablement programs, sales execution strategy and tactics, reusable collateral creation, and individual growth plans.
