2. Risk Factors
Investment in the film industry is highly speculative and inherently risky.
There can be no assurance of the economic success of any motion picture
since the revenues derived from the production and distribution of a motion
picture depend primarily upon its acceptance by the public, which cannot be
predicted.
The commercial success of a motion picture also depends upon the quality
and acceptance of other competing films released into the marketplace at or
near the same time, general economic factors, and other tangible and
intangible factors, all of which can change and cannot be predicted with
certainty.

6. “shadow Killers”
The lead roles:
SGT. REED GRANGER (protagonist): Early 30s, American. The team leader of a secret, well-
trained government assassination unit. He is plagued by memories of his wife and her death 12
years earlier. He’s been having serious doubts about his work after he is forced to kill a woman on
his latest assignment.
SGT. VICTOR DANZIG (antagonist): Mid-30s, American. Second in command of the
assassination unit, but a near equal and longtime rival to Granger. Where Granger’s conscience has
been eating at him, Danzig has gone the other way. Too much killing has driven him over the edge.
He always follows orders and nothing will get in the way of that.
SARAH HUNT (damsel in distress): 22, American, blonde, senior in college (Vanderbilt),
mechanical engineering major and cross-country runner. The privileged daughter of a U.S. Senator.
High-spirited, intelligent, a quick learner. After a plane crash, her father is murdered and she is
forced to escape a crew of hired killers, with the help of Granger. Light and breezy in the best of
situations, here she is wily, adaptable and clever. And she has instant chemistry with Granger. A
highly emotional role with surprising elements.
COL. GLORIA SCHALLERT: Female, 40s to 60s. Granger’s tough, no-nonsense superior. Senior
control officer. Career in military intelligence. Weary. Dogged by demons she chooses to ignore.
Like Granger, Schallert is forced to make a choice about whether to follow orders, and ultimately
must decide whether honesty or loyalty is more important.
