Any even in life that has negative emotion attached to it, can help bring stress into your life.
Once something occurs that causes you stress, it may consume your thoughts which only
increases your levels of stress. Try implementing these ideas to get a handle on any stressful
feelings or situations in your life.
You should imagine yourself being calm the next time you are under duress. Picture yourself
at home, in the shower or the tub, with the water carrying relaxation with it as it flows over
you and carries your stress away with it. You can also close your eyes, breathe slowly and
imagine a calming scene, like walking in a meadow, sitting on the beach, or whatever it is

Grab a group of your buddies, and take a jog through a local neighborhood or park. You can
