Sports in FATA deserve attention of top management of UNDP.

1. Sports in FATA
( Proposal for UNDP )
In 2011, United Nations Development
Programme (UNDP) published a colorful
report; Sports for Peace – Sustainable
Development through Peace Building,
Governance and Economic Recovery in
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The report mainly
focuses on Malakand Division. There is no
depiction of traditional games of the
province. Today everyone knows about
sustainable development scenario of the
province. UNDP in 166 countries has been
combating global and regional
development challenges. UNDP needs to
develop IT superstructure in the province
for economic growth. Federal
Administered Tribal Areas need special
attention of UNDP. UNDP must arrange
festivals in FATA in 2014-15. By
implementing Prime Prosperity Paradigm
and financing micro businesses, GDP of
FATA can be increased by 10% annually.
