3. Red Bird by tatsuhwa
There is a red bird echoing some new song.
Harmonious chirping growing ever strong.
Open eyed soul voyageur seeking to find.
One full of wisdom and gentle peace of mind.
Flight unrestricted, soaring above,
Moving toward unconditional love.
Peering through the darkness, cooing at the madness till dawn.
If ever you should hear him or hear the faintest call.
Turn to him and face a glory that can be known to all.
Mirror images translate meaning deep within his eyes.
Wings stretched, encircling dark yet somehow lightened skies.
Lightened up in goodness~ Influence on us all…
Find a red bird before the fall. (2012, Crawford)

is like becoming all of the seven dwarfs.
In the beginning you are
Dopey and Bashful. … but in the end,
they call you
In the middle you are usually sick
Doc and then
(Sneezy) and tired (Sleepy) and
you are Happy!”
irritable (Grumpy)… ~Azuma, 2003
