21. Zameer Upadhya – Managing Partner Zameer S. Upadhya is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of My Harvest Field, Inc. Zameer is a passionate, experienced and licensed financial advisor, holding Series 6 & 63 security, Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses. He graduated from the State Farm Insurance Agent Training Program at the top of his class and used that experience to launch the independent advisory firm, My Harvest Field. He felt that an independent firm would best utilize his past experiences as an entrepreneur. Zameer has built and sold numerous companies ranging from a financial consulting practice to an online social network. Prior to his entrepreneurship adventures he was part of the Johnson & Johnson Financial Leadership Development Program. Zameer enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling the world, and mentoring and helping other succeed. Growing up in the inner city he has a passion for helping those with little rise above the dust.

22. Chris T. Chambers – Senior Partner Chris T. Chambers is a Senior Partner of My Harvest Field, Inc. Chris is a Certified Financial Manager with a deep passion for the world of Finance. Prior to My Harvest Field he worked with Johnson & Johnson providing financial leadership for the global acquisition of multi-million dollar companies and brands. His background lends him nearly 10 years of relevant financial expertise in financial planning, long-term planning, budgeting, capital efficient profitable growth, auditing and investment strategies. This graduate of Penn State University has also started and operated several successful businesses and serves on the board of a few prominent non-profit organizations, including The Solesville Foundation. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, fishing , working with the homeless, and mentoring youth to achieve true greatness and fostering troubled teens.

Riyaz Kapdi – Chief Operating Officer Riyaz Kapdi is Chief Operating Officer of My Harvest Field, Inc. and relationship manager of our CPA partnership in New York City.Riyaz has dedicated himself to life long learning and to put it lightly, making sure things get done correctly and on time. A Lawyer by training, Riyaz focuses on welcoming clients to the My Harvest Field Family and enhancing the overall client experience. Riyaz is passionate about technology development and implementation.Riyaz spends his free time at sporting events and increasing his breadth of knowledge concerning law and creative financial tools. In addition Riyaz also holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
