Greetings!
This month w e have a new program to share, and another that w e'd like to remind you is
available, both of w hich may be helpful for our equipment suppliers, as w ell as our
customers.
And that new program is our vendor pass-through option,
w hich w hich is an optional process that customers and
vendors may w ant to take advantage of, w hen they have
additional costs associated w ith the equipment they finance.
Here's how it w orks:
When we write an Equipment Finance
Agreement with our client, the equipment supplier signs a one-page
agreement with our underwriter, that enables us to bill and collect on the
vendor's behalf, for monthly charges beyond the equipment cost, such as
supplies, maintenance, or even raw materials that are used in the
equipment to produce end-product
Our customer also signs a one-page agreement, stating they understand
that our underwriter will bill and collect on behalf of the vendor for those
supplies, materials, etc.
Monthly, the vendor will notify our underwriter of the monthly amount to
bill (or a standard amount can be set up for each month)
Underwriter adds the vendor’s amount to the customer’s monthly invoice
and bills the customer for the equipment payment and the add-on, on a
single invoice
When funds are received for the pass-through amount, those funds will be
remitted to the vendor
Pass through billing ends when the term of the contract is complete
That's it; there is no additional cost for the service, and it is entirely optional, so available if
you w ant to take advantage (for free), or not. Call us, if you have questions about it, and
w e'll be able to provide you some examples, and benefits.
The other program, w hich w e'd just like to remind you of, is the
Equipment PLUS Cash option, w here a customer, financing
equipment from us, can add w orking capital on top of the equipment
cost, and take cash out for any use the customer may have.
Here's how that w orks:
Customer must qualify as a “Strong” Credit
Maximum amount of Cash to customer w ould be the lesser of 50% of the equipment
being financed or $25,000
Minimum Equipment cost must be $10,000
Request for PLUS cash should be noted at time of credit submittal
ACH re-payments are preferred
And, that's that, for w orking capital; again, it's an optional program that w e make available
from one of our strong underw riters. It's there as an option, and a w ay to add up to $25,000

Now , just a couple more quick bits of info to share:

Section/179 tax law allow s you to w rite off your
entire equipment acquisition in the first year, if you
choose to; you can make a year's payments, or
more, w ith the savings you'll get on your taxes --
ask us and w e'll explain further and/or supply you
documentation for your files
