with both design and customer specifications to produce a world class Aircraft maintenance
static training module for both mechanical and electrical trades . I have also been involved with
the Wildcat training Helicopter modules for both mechanical and electrical trades this involved
turning two mk 7 Lynx helicopters into exact replicas of wildcat helicopters this was a 2 year
project that is now based at Westlands training facility and has been invaluable to the training of
both pilots and maintenance personnel. I have also been heavily involved with various other
projects but due to the nature of these projects I am unable to mention this but all of my projects
involved working within ISO quality regulations also using various LEAN techniques. All projects
involve working to very tight deadlines and with both design and ever changing customer
specifications.

Zodiac Aircraft seating working within the Composite Department as a Composite Technician
Working with both supplier and customer to resolve various manufacturing issues on the
assembly of first and business class seats.
07/2013 – 08/2013.

Working within the plasma technology industry on the assembly of semi-conductors within a
clean room environment.

Pennant Training Systems Ltd.
Team Leader / project coordinator on the conversion of two lynx mk 3 Helicopters into Wildcat
training modules.
This involved the complete disassembly of the two lynx Helicopters and then the reassembly
into life size fully functioning wildcat helicopters.
My role was to work with the design and planning department to produce a free flowing
production of this project.
I was Utilizing a workforce of 15 to achieve the best results within the required time frame and

I was responsible for the complete re-organisation of the Kanban system into a more streamline
and cost effective entity within the shop floor.
The end result was that these two products were delivered to the customer 18 days early.

centre tank assembly for use in the testing of the fuel systems on the A400M.

Tank Devils carried out a fuel tank safety course working on an AD hock basis repairs to various
air craft fuel systems including Airbus Boeing BAE 146 ATP aircraft work to include fault
diagnosis rectification leak detection/rectification.

aircraft servicing. Working around tight deadlines.
