Allows other users to
view, edit, create and
collaborate together
Click the blue Share
button to view Sharing
Settings window
Invite people by name,
email address or group
to share document
Edit the sharing settings
for each invite

Allows users to collaborate with each other
without having to be in the same location
Saves all of the editing errors in case a user or
collaborator wants to re-enter the data

Live chat options to brainstorm ideas
Revision feature keeps track of who completed
what on the document
Spellcheck is ineffective when editing document
Designing options are fairly limited
App is not user friendly to new users
