methodology for best practice Change Management and knowledge transfer to the customers to ensure adoption and

Projects Included: Kronos: Change Management and communications on Workforce Management rollouts. Microsoft:
Led change management and project management for a major culture change across worldwide customer service. Built
Communications, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Management and Communications Plans, conducted change working
session discussions with functional leaders and led Project weekly meetings and rollout planning. Walmart: developed
strategy for corporate-wide Change Management, building agile workforce to create a culture of change ready employees.
Built communications, networks and associate engagement. Arizona Department of Child Safety (AZ DCS, on Public
Consulting Group Team): worked on Business Transformation modernizing all major IT systems and implementing best
practices. Implemented OCM practice across the PMO. Established detailed change management plan, communications plan,
stakeholder analysis, Change Readiness Survey and messaging for the project. Planned and led communications road trip to
start conversations across the organization and help people work through changes. AZ Dept. of Transportation: built a
