La columna WTF® és un indicador que complementa la columna de l'abandó
de subscripcions de feed amb la dels fans que van més enllà i decideixen fer
el que s'anomena un "ja no m'agrada".

Poden haver-hi moltes raons per les que un fan opta per un "ja no m'agrada" i
una d'elles és senzillament que no coneix l'opció de la cancel·lació de
subscripció de feeds.


No crec que m'equivoqui molt si afirmo que la majoria de vegades l'abandó és
degut a l'excés d'actualitzacions de contingut, el que s'anomena flooding.
Està clar que el flooding és una cosa que qualsevol Community Manager ha
d'evitar si no vol que hi hagi un abandó massiu d'usuaris a les pàgines que
administra.

De vegades, que un client entengui això pot ser difícil. Un bombardeig
indiscriminat d'actualitzacions no és sinònim d'èxit. Understand?

Altres raons pels abandons poden ser un canvi d'opinió respecte a la marca
com a conseqüència d'una crisi i/o mala pràctica de la marca en sí, o de la
gestió de la comunitat online. Factors que òbviament són més importants que
el flooding i que se suposa que un CM competent ha de saber gestionar
i...preveure.




La columna que he batejat com a "WTF" no surt sola al Facebook Insights, és
la suma de la columna dels "ja no m'agrada" (definitius) i una columna creada a
partir de la del total de baixes de subscripcions de feed, però que té un valor
que representa les baixes diàries. Per tant, l'indicador WTF ens diu el número
d'usuaris que han girat l'esquena a la marca.

Aquesta columna es pot acompanyar d'altres indicadors que ajudin a
determinar-ne un possible pic. El meu consell és analitzar el nº de posts/dia i
sobretot mirar els dies dels pics per poder aprendre de les situacions passades
i poder aplicar mesures correctores.
Un CM que no comprova aquests indicadors de manera més o menys regular
pot considerar-se, almenys des del meu punt de vista, un temerari.
