15. AGRIROVER BRINGS MARS ROVER
TECHNOLOGY TO THE FARM
The AgriRover device, inspired
by the ExoMars rover, is
designed to automate soil
sampling on farmland. This
allows farmers to understand
when and where to use
fertiliser; minimising both the
quantity of fertiliser used and
the harm caused by overuse.
The AgriRover uses robotics,
sensors, and navigation
know-how from the ESA
ExoMars mission.

Experiments in space, performing research in the
field of "Complex Plasmas": low temperature
gaseous mixtures composed of ionized gas, neutral
gas, and micron-sized particles. Laboratory on the ISS.

Reducing of bad smells from deep-fat frying.
Industrial cooker hoods with the following features:
• Fry, cook, wok everywhere
• No exhaust air necessary
• Air is purified by plasma

Marked potential: 60.000 units a year in Germany / 10 million
