On finalisation of MOA & AOA the SPICE FORMS for
Registration of the Section 8 Company are prepared
and filed with the respective ROC
On Approval of SPICE Form, the ROC issued the
Certificate of incorporation along with PAN, TAN, PF
& ESI numbers. Now, bank account assistance is also
provided through SPICe Forms.
