How it works?
• Clients will be referred by various professional firms
• Each referred client will be given a unique identification code which has to be
used at the time of mailing the query / request
• Call center executive will always engage with the client on behalf of the
professional firm and not on the behalf of CPL
• Client will mail at the knowledge centre to resolve their query
• Any answer to query if not mailed immediately, will be resolved within 24 hours
• Client will get reply by mail only
• Mail will be sent to client & firm for each query resolved for their confirmation
• Client can also take our help for execution work related to query or subject
mentioned

Operation
• Call center will operate for 5 days (Monday to Friday) in a week from 9 a.m. to
6 p.m.
• Any pending mails or issues will be completed same day or taken on priority
next day
• Client query received by mail will be replied back same day if asked before
15.00 p.m. (no personal visits will be entertained)
• All the details are kept till 1 month after the final settlement for any reference
• Access is available through panel of professionally qualified personnel with
expertise and experience in specific areas is available for answering queries
which cant be addressed instantly

Payment
The invoices will be raised on the basis of pre-agreed charges
Mode of payment:
• By Cheque
• By Cash (with extra collection charges)
• Online bank transfers
Criteria of charges:
• Query related to type of Subject
• Time factor (duration of query, time of call (extra charges for night))
Periodicity
• Invoice will be emailed after each query and a consolidated invoice shall be
sent to firm on weekly basis for processing of payment
• All payments will be taken on weekly basis
• Respective Firms will be responsible for payment from clients referred by
them

Terms of Service
• The unique identification code has to be kept confidential at all times and
client will be responsible for any miss-use
• The client information shall be kept strictly confidential and at no stage CPL
shall sue moto contact the client directly other than for query resolution
• The services of knowledge center are for end users only and not for further
commercial exploitation in relation to consultancy services by the client
• The copyright of the intellectual property shall always vest only with the
knowledge center and not get transferred in any manner whatsoever to the
professional firm
• The clients and / or the professional firms introducing the clients, shall at no
stage during the tenure of subscription and for a period of one year
thereafter engage the services of any call center executive either by way of
making an offer or giving any inducement monitory or otherwise to the call
center executive
