It has been rough in my career, in the last 2 years. I quit my job as a property agent after 4 years in 2014. I was
hoping to find something different, something less demanding physically. I have worked a few jobs since then,
but nothing worked out.
It was because the people I could not work with. The job nature or duties. Or the environment. There was
nothing fulfilling, nothing that I enjoyed.
I found it very frustrating – the whole process of searching for jobs on the internet. Waiting for phone calls. Then
going for interviews – first interview and second interview. “Luckily” you landed a job. You think oh this is good,
this is a new start. 2 weeks, or 2 months down the road, you realize this is not what you have expected. You try
to convince yourself to stay longer, to try harder; maybe it’s not so bad? Unfortunately in the end, you just can’t
take it any longer.
In fact, I do not want to work a job now. I do not like to work for someone else anymore. But I need a job
because I need to pay my bills. It is a complicated feeling.
You know, I could not see my future. I could not see any options before. I could not plan, or even think about my
retirement. As I got older, and getting more and more difficult to find a job, I honestly did not dare to think how
would I end up in 5, 10 or 20 years! I felt unsecured and very scared every time I thought about it.
Since 2014, I was looking for a breakthrough. I felt that there must be something better out there! Finally I
found it in December 2015.
Now I have this big vision in my mind. This job – is going to be a temporary job only! As I am looking at my
goals. I am looking at my belief. That is to run my online business, to create my future. The money I get from
the job, is the fuel to pursue my dreams.
This makes me stay laser focused.

2. My mindset is different now! Because I can see a lot of opportunities in front of me. With the internet marketing
skills that I am learning now, it will help me to build an online business that I enjoy doing. Using the technology
and the knowledge that I gain, I can run a business that is totally in my control. With the automation set up, the
business runs 24/7. Online business means that I don’t need to work in an enclosed office anymore. As long as
I have a notebook or tablet (or even just a smartphone) and internet connection, I can work on my business
anywhere. I can work from home, in a coffee shop or while I’m travelling – thus this is called a laptop lifestyle!
This is what driving me forward now. I am building my dream life – of financial freedom, time freedom and
location freedom. I – cherish – Freedom!
I am really excited – eveyday is a new day. I am learning new skills everyday and I just love it! Now I can see
my future is very bright!
This gives me hope. This gives me energy. This gives me the clarity of my future.
