important because it informs students on how to achieve and
maintain healthy mental, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing.
When students have this
information it helps them
to grow up to be healthy,
well balanced adults.

the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
This empowers them to make
informed decisions about what food
they eat, saying no to drugs and being
active to improve their own health and
wellbeing for now and in the future.
PDHPE teaches students
about self-confidence and self-
acceptance and encourages
them to understand and value
their own and others
development and difference.

4. PDHPE promotes movement and coordination,
to increase the students opportunities and
abilities.
PDHPE helps students recognise safe and
dangerous situations and how to protect
themselves and others. Along with how to care
for and respect the rights of other people and
the world they live in.

PDHPE is about having fun, making friends
and gaining knowledge to help the students
grow and follow their dreams.
