1. BL is more effective than online or face-to-face alone (US DEPT ED,2010)
2. BL can optimize personalized learning experiences for students using the best of
face-to-face and online resources but it must be focused on supporting and
alignment to an intentional transformation of the classroom-level instructional
designs. (iNACOL, 2015)
3. BL is effective at differentiating/personalizing;promotes self-directed learning;
teacher and student satisfaction varies with preparation levels.(Dell Foundation,
2014)
4. Research varies, much more needed (NEPC 2014)
5. Small study found that BL significantly improved algebra scores for high school
students, but the effect emerged in the second year of schools' implementation.
(RAND,2013)
6. BL math students showed significantly higher mean mathematics scale scores
compared to those not using BL. (MIND Research Institute,2014)
7. BL improved learning results at six expanded-time,blended learning schools
across the country (National Center onTime and Learning,2013)
