inspires guests to explore the city’s allegiance to ancient traditions, no matter how

• Located between the international airport and the business district, Le Royal
Meridien Chennai features meeting and banquet space for up 1,500 guests, five
restaurants and bars, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a splendid outdoor
swimming pool with whirlpool. A travel desk is in the hotel’s lobby assists guests as

9. Invitation Process
The Invitation Process is a 3 stage Process:
• Stage 1: The Invitation is couriered to the Customer
• Stage 2: Polite Female tele-callers will call about 150 guest from the given
database provided invitees personally & give all details about the meet
and request the guest to RSVP
• Stage 3: 3days prior to the event , guest who have not yet RSVP’s will be
given a reminder call.

13. Guest Entry
• Guests make a grand entry on the
red carpet where pictures will be
clicked by the photographer at the
entrance. (The pictures taken at the
entrance could be relayed live on
the AV screens inside the venue.)
• Hostesses dressed in western
outfits will greet and register the
guests at registration desk will
address towards the Ball room

14. Venue Styling
Dinning Lobby & Ball room
• The ballroom is styled with a fusion of Indian & international
elements.
• Hostesses dressed up in south Indian attire will greet guests at
entry, check names on the seating chart and lead them to their
tables.
• The stage area carries a predominantly Indian theme to go along
with the cultural entertainment while the round tables are beautified
with western influenced floral arrangements and décor to sync with
the sit down dinner concept.
• Around the venue a fusion of Indian & western décor elements lend
character to the space.

18. DJ
• Deejay Zen:
With over 7 years in the business Dj Zen is
one of Chennai's prolific DJ and had played
DJ Music for the some of the Biggest Tollywood
& commercial parties in the country. His Is one of
the Perfect name for this Event.

Option 1- Laser man
• The Laser man literally plays with
lasers to create visuals which is a
complete treat for the audience.

Option 2- Glow jugglers – Feeding the
fish
• A spectacular form of entertainment,
glow juggling is a safer alternative to
fire performances indoors.
• Glow jugglers use special juggling props
that contain high power LED lights and
rechargeable batteries. The lights can
be different colors or can change from
one color to another.
• When juggling or twirled in the air the
glow props leave stunning light trails –
an absolute delight!

24. Give Away
As guests leave the venue, hostesses dressed up south Indian Attire will give
one each giveaways to them takeaway gifts in the pre-function area.

25. Event Flow
• 5pm - 5:30pm: Guests enter the venue and are greeted by hostesses
dressed thematically who register them and lead them into the main
ballroom area.
• 5:30pm - 6:30pm: MC welcomes the guests and asks them to enjoy the
show. The F & B counters are open and thematic music plays in the
background and welcome drink and snacks are offered to serve.
• 6:30pm - 8pm: MC guides the guests to the conference for the B2C meet.
• 8pm - 9pm: On stage activities take place. (Color art takes place with
performances by the winners of the talent hunt competition in the middle
of each sequence followed by the other thematic stage activities & games
as mentioned in the earlier slides)
• 9pm - 10pm: MC introduces DJ and the DJ starts spinning music & mean
while Dinner is served along with cocktail party.
• 10pm - 10:30pm: As guests leave the venue, hostesses give them
takeaway gifts in the pre-function area.
