Static fountains: Without changes or with very widely spaced variations and without
specific conditions for their location.
Changing fountains: Changing in shape and colour. Recommended for parks and garden
areas, very large squares, pedestrian areas, etc.
Spectacular musical fountains: Destined to become centres of attraction. To be located
in spaces away from road traffic that allow for a large congregation of people.
Visitable and interactive fountains: Children and adults can interact with the fountain and
create their own choreography. These should be placed in squares, pedestrian zones,
parks, gardens or any recreational area.
Unique fountains: These can incorporate sculptures, water clocks, waterfalls, numbers
and other outstanding artistic elements. They do not require a special site.
Cybernetic fountains: These incorporate the most modern technology: lasers, smoke, fla-
mes of fire, fireworks, spectacular scenes of light and colour, music, etc. They should be
located in wide spaces and away from road traffic, in amusement parks, gardens, urban
forests, shopping centres, etc.
Digital water screen: A special fountain that creates images, letters, symbols, etc. by
