  1.   OR another way of looking at it...   It is free to add any amount of collections records to Culture Grid if the records are in any of the following standard formats: pnds_dcap for item records and rslp_cld for collection records. If collections data is not already in that format then it can be hosted/added to Culture Grid for a set up fee of between 550 (+VAT) and 880 (+VAT), per dataset, depending on the kind of data. If media files (images etc) are required to be hosted for online delivery, this can be done for a set up fee of between £275-550 (+VAT) and an annual cost of £10 (+VAT) per GB. If collections data AND media files (images etc) are required to be hosted for online delivery this can be done for a set up fee of £825 - £1430 (+VAT) and an annual cost of £10 (+VAT) per GB.
