A direct mail campaign was conducted in March 2018 that resulted in a 30% response rate. The high response rate was attributed not just to the images used but also to the copy within the cards, which immediately described the offer being made. Recipients were instructed to contact Nadine Pierce if they wanted to receive the offer and start a collection.
