2.  The history collection is 4 packed shelves full of
boxes containing photos, slides, albums, menus,
staff newsletters, programs, student brochures, film,
fabrics and newspaper clippings
 There are photos and newspaper clippings from
1969 onwards

3.  Currently the aim is simply to maintain, protect and
preserve the collection.
 Then organise.
 Then scan and digitise.
 Some photos have already been digitised. A
dedicated Flickr account has been set up to store
these photos.

6.  Photos and papers are protected by acid free
polypropylene sleeves and photo albums.
 These sleeves are recommended for archival
purposes.
 Many photos have been removed from ‘Magnetic’
photo albums and pvc plastic sheathes.
 Unfortunately, many more photos are trapped
behind contact covered pages and cannot be easily
removed without damaging the photo.

7.  There are options for sharing and displaying the
photos in the future once copyright issues can be
resolved.
