Hello, and welcome to the August edition of the Coastal Real Estate Newsletter. We would like to extend a special birthday
wish to Her Majesty, Queen Sirikit. The Queen’s birthday is August 12th and is also celebrated as Mothers Day in Thailand.

This month I have quite a few interesting properties I would like to present. I would like to start with an excellent value in

investments in the area. The Hong Kong based, Purple Link Investment Company apparently feels the same way. A
recent article in the Pattaya Mail reports that they recently purchased 3,983 square metersofspace in the project. To

8. Final Thoughts
Final Thoughts I had two clients share their thoughts with me this week about our newsletter and website that I wanted
to pass along.
The first was a client from Bolivia who was in the Soi Diana office and told me how much he enjoys reading the
newsletter. He said he liked its "laid back style" and found it very informative. He also said that while reading it he would
think of the great times he has had here.
