I’M FREAKING OUT!!<br />When managing their time, Gold’s biggest stressors are:<br />Unexpected changes or sudden last-minute situations.<br />Having to do several things at once.<br />Not having time to make a plan.<br />Chaos and disorganization<br />When others don’t follow the rules.<br />Golds are frustrated by irresponsibility, lack of planning or discipline, high risk taking, illegal behavior and laziness.<br />

In conversation, their attentions are focused on the matter at hand, not on the relationship.<br />Tips for success:<br />Give them time to think!<br />Skip the “small talk.”<br />Avoid redundancy.<br />Give them the “big picture” point first, then get into details. <br />Don’t misinterpret their need for information as interrogation!<br />Greens can frustrate others by not being sociable, living in the future, being wordy, blowing up over criticisms, refusing to go with the flow and being too independent. <br />

I’M FREAKING OUT!<br />When managing their time, Green’s biggest stressors are:<br />Wasting time with idle chit-chat.<br />Having to make a decision without enough information.<br />Rushing to produce something that will meet another’s timeline.<br />Being forced to spend time on something that does not make sense to them.<br />Greens are frustrated by routine, small talk, plagiarism, illogical arguments, social functions and incompetence.<br />
  26. 26. Clarifying the topic…<br />There is no “one size fits all” that puts every single personality into a box! Every person reacts to situations in their own way. It’s important to still get to know your peers as individuals!<br />Similarly, everyone acts differently in separate environments! You may be a Gold at work and a Blue at home! It’s perfectly normal…<br />
