2. As the owner of Cloud Nine Events, I have been planning events such as weddings, corporate, & social events for 15 years. I started this company in 2003 in Raleigh, NC before relocating to Chesapeake, VA in 2004 to be with my family. As a bride myself in 2007, I understand first hand what a couple goes through while planning one of the biggest day’s of their lives. I also know how important it is to spend time with your family & friends instead of worrying about the details of the event.
3. I have planned over 150 weddings, 300 Events throughout the U.S. My staff combined events would be well over 2000 events We pride ourselves in being a quality, not quantity company. Therefore we only accept a certain number of events per month. It is very important to us, that we dedicate our time & talent to your wedding.
4. Wedding Planning Packages Fees are based on a flat rate, with several packages to choose from to fit your needs. Our packages are detailed in order to ensure a perfect day. Décor Professional décor is available with or without planning/coordinating. A minimum does apply to ensure a complete look that will “WOW” you & your guests. Fees include all phone calls, emails & meetings
5. Vision We want to create the wedding of YOUR dreams. So we listen to what you want and incorporate a design that reflects your wants and desires. You are our client & we are here for you! Any discounts or added services that we may receive from vendors are passed along directly to you. We work for you & it is unacceptable to receive “kickbacks” from other vendors you may hire.
6. Inclusive Event Pro’s We can personally provide planning/coordinating, Décor, Unique & traditional wedding supplies, favors, cake, flowers & more. If we don’t have it, We’ll find it. Budget We keep your budget on track for you. We attend vendor meetings to ensure we stay within budget. We match your needs, desires & budget to the appropriate vendors.
7. Teamwork There are always two professionals working on your wedding. This ensures that if something were to happen to your planner, another professional knows every detail of your day! Casual Planning Pristine Wedding We keep a casual professional planning process to help you relax & stay comfortable. On your wedding day, our staff is pristine & always professional .
8. Managed contracts Whether you’ve already hired vendors or need us to find them, we will manage all contracts & payments. One invoice, payment plans, we pay your vendors.
