Surgical Technique Implantation The mirror telescope can be used for phakic and pseudophakic eyes at any stages of the disease. Only the central field is magnified, enabling natural peripheral vision. Patient selection is performed by a unique patient selection program: surgical technique, clinical results and possible complications will be discussed. Objective: At the conclusion of this course, the attendee will be able to select patients suitable for implanation, use the special program for patient selection, understand the optical performance of the device, be able to demonstrate to patients the expected postop results, be familiar with the surgical technique, evaluate the clinical results being presented by 3 leading surgeons and learn how to avoid possible complications.
