1st- shows boys saluting Hitler when they were probably unaware of what he was doing.
2nd- Group of men having a brotherhood whole in dangerous situations
3rd- Men throwing out something because they are now able to because they can go and buy more—maybe
alcohol
Why is this photograph important to history?
1st- Important because Hitler and Nazi Germany were a major part of the 1900’s; by showing these boys
saluting Hitler it shows that they were young and did not realize the devastation Hitler was responsible for.
2nd- Shows the brotherhood of the military because they are smiling while at war.
3rd- After the prohibition these men are throwing out whiskey since it is now legal to buy and consume.
