Mrs. Claire Zaglauer is an educator in language studies. She is currently teaching English abroad in Suzhou, China. She received her MS in Education in 2009 with distinction and is currently working on her second Master’s Degree in School Leadership. Her first Master’s Degree was an award from the New York City Department of Education for educators focusing on Teaching English as a Second Language. The cultural and linguistic diversity in New York City lends itself to an ongoing need in this area. Ms. Zaglauer was one of few recipients for this fully funded degree program. She accepted a position as the founding Kindergarten teacher for the first public bilingual French program.
