I grew up at Unboxed, the place that Knot Resources was borne. As a graduate I consulted in the Project Management Office, witnessing ever expanding scope creep, budget explosion, stakeholder frustration and bureaucracy swallowing needs: Typical waterfall failures. Agile introduced me to the Scrum Master and Tester roles in which I enjoyed creating story cards that gave a user a clear and simple piece of functionality. I pivoted my focus from the end users of the digital products we were creating to the creators of those products, the end users of employment.
