- 2. Planning Implementation Reporting Evaluation, Dissemination and future action
- 3. What is the intended project? How long is the project for? Do you have a team already and what core skills do they have? Who else do you need and what resources?
- 4. Clarify activities and timing of these What roles does everyone have? Identify additional resources and when they will be needed How will the team keep in touch and share information
- 5. Have you considered what to do if you cannot access data as expected? What will you do if there is a delay in being able to access a group? Do you have a plan if someone in the team suddenly is not there? How do you manage conflict?
- 6. Who are the stakeholders? Do you have to provide regular reports and what format? How will these be written? Do you need to provide financial statements too?
- 7. What evaluation of the project have you planned and what do you need to provide as final report? Have you identified how you will disseminate your findings? What are you plans as the project completes?
