Dear Sr. Management Team,
Understanding the business world of big ideas, tight budgets, and competitive markets, it is my job as
the Marketing Director to develop and achieve strategic product line objectives while supporting the
company’s overall goals.
My skill strengths are in merging the business and creative aspects of product marketing management.
My abilities to use those skills are highlighted by strong leadership, effective organization, along with
time- and budget-minded processes.
With my creative and analytical approach to product development, I see how product lines can be
improved to generate higher profitability; and I set challenging goals for my team to make the
necessary planned changes. Not being afraid of change allows me to embrace new and innovative
market opportunities. During these changes, it’s my responsibility as the team leader, to identify
people’s strengths who are able and willing to move forward to make changes quickly ensuring a
smooth transition – and who will take a great project and turn it into an “Ahhh, YES!” project.
Strategic Business Plans are essential to a team. As the leader, I believe programs and projects will be
successful as long as all departments are playing from the same playbook. This is why I feel passionate
about reaching out and involving many departments to ensure overall success.
I enjoy working with people and leading teams. I am a problem solver, a decision maker, and
adaptable to varying situations. I work hard, and enjoy what I do with those I work with. Accountability
and responsibly are very important to me in both my personal and professional life. I take pride in my
accomplishments and enjoy sharing successes with coworkers.
Overall, your company will benefit from my enthusiasm and managing a team whose mindset is open
to new ideas and pursues challenges head-on with the overall goal of increasing revenue. I value an
organization’s clear, cohesive vision and mission and will lead others to achieve that mission.
