Martin Parr photographed the run-down seaside resort of New Brighton outside Liverpool in 1986, capturing images of the working class community during Margaret Thatcher's time as Prime Minister. Some argue Parr's photos reflect the class divide in Britain under Thatcher's leadership by showing the decay of New Brighton, once a popular resort for workers on holiday.
