Carnosolic acid is a chemical compound that occurs naturally in sage (salvia) and rosemary species. Carnosolic acid is used as a fat-soluble antioxidant, preservative and flavouring agent in foods such as meat products, oils and fats, flour, milk powder, fish products, sauces and animal feed.

Directions of use and
use levels
Usually use levels are 0.06%-0.1%(0.6gram-1.0gram per 1KG), which
subject to legislative restrictions (e.g. as stated in Regulation EC
1333/2008). Higher level can be used in some application, please
refer to the actual concentration of actives and legislative limits.
Typically, maximum limits are based on the sum of carnosic acid
and carnosol.
Packing and Storage
Storage and Shelf Life This product should be stored in a cool and dry place in a close
container, protect from the light, air and moisture. Best before 18
months under up mentioned conditions and in its original packing.
