Agenda for AGM to be held at the Williamson Lecture Theatre, University of Manchester
The purpose of the AGM is to allow for the Committee to report upon group activities, finances,
proposals for the year ahead and take comments from Fellows. In addition, the present Secretary will
be stepping down due to relocation, therefore election of a new Secretary is required. The position of
Secretary is open to any existing Fellow of the Geological Society of London (FGS) within the North
West Region. The Committee is also keen to encourage Fellows to join the Committee in any role and
play an active part in the running of the Regional Group and will welcome anyone who wishes to do.

The AGM will be followed at 6.30pm by the advertised regional group talk
